Role
Paul Croci is an Associate Director and joined the firm in 2009. He is a member of our Restructuring Group.

Experience
Mr. Croci came to PJSC from Citigroup where he served as a Vice President in the Global Industrials Group, responsible for idea generation and transaction execution in the Defense & Aerospace sector. He has executed public and private equity offerings, buy and sell-side M&A domestic and cross-border transactions, leveraged buyouts and multiple high yield and investment grade offerings.

Mr. Croci’s clients have included: EDO Corporation on its sale to ITT; Carlyle Group on its LBO of Sequa Corporation; Newmont Mining Corporation on its common shares and convertible notes offering; Laidlaw on its successful term loan and revolver to refinance bankruptcy debt; and AM General (MacAndrews & Forbes owned) senior secured term loan B leveraged recapitalization.

Prior to his Wall Street experience, Mr. Croci served in the U.S. Navy for seven years, first as a nuclear submarine officer on the USS Alexandria for five years and then for two years as a post graduate instructor at the Navy Submarine Center in New London where he taught submarine warfare tactics to over 600 officer student annually.

Academics Credentials
Mr. Croci received his M.B.A. with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy where he received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and served on the Brigade Honor Committee.
